I have known I was doing the right thing ever since I had started on this path. It was in 2004. As the third anniversary of 9/11 was approaching I was still trying to see how any of the various versions of the "official story" we had been given could possibly have been reasonably aligned with tangible evidence evidence. And, as much as I physically detested this notion, none did. And the only reasonable next step was to realize that the powers that be are not interested in the truth, all talk of "punishing the evildoers", or whatever the term President George W Bush used in his born-again-Christian manner, aside, neither he, nor his administration and other official elites, were the least bit interested in pursuing the real criminals involved. And hence there was only one route to take - the "red pill" route.
Then came it all - the red pill rage, red pill despair, red pill alienation. To those facing it, I say - welcome all three. Just done' let any of them overwhelm you. For we live in a world of deception and alienation from it to a certain extent is healthy. And if deception prevails then it is back to the dark ages, and too many good people suffered far too much to give us the civilization we have for us to just give it up.
After that time in 2004 there have been different periods in my life. In about 2007 I gave into the weakness of wishing for what is colloquially known as "normal life". Only the red pill inoculates from ever being able to fit in the normal world, based upon accepting deceptions and lies as the norm that one agrees to affirm. I made a mistake. Or at least for me it was- perhaps other people would rather exchange deceptions for some temporary comforts. I am not standing in judgment of them - I am just not sure that constitutes a wise choice.
In the intervening years there was the deceptions of the 2008 crisis, and those of the rising wave of "wokeism" and political correctness, and then the great deception of the COVID era. No, I was no prophet - I did not see it coming, I was not even ready to see the many parallels between deceptions past and present. It only took me getting to where we are now to see how distrust towards anything coming from the elites is the most reasonable perception of their pronouncements. I guess deception and corruption on grand scale is indeed scary.
Most of my articles - but not this one - come with references. Because I find it necessary to make sure there are facts, logic and reason backing everything I have to say. And it takes time and effort. And it is exhausting. And sometimes it is just too hard - psychologically, not physically - to keep at it.
